Last Weeks Workouts:

This week I did a different combination of Cassey Ho’s youtube videos. I love that she has a variety of cardio and strength workouts to help me achieve the results I am looking for and to prevent boredom.

As you can see I decided to switch it up and I am in love with Blogilates, actually I have always been, but I forgot for awhile. I seriously, wake up excited to workout. I preach day in and day out about finding something you love and this definitely a workout I love. I love combining her cardio and strength videos.
