  1. I’m sorry I’m a day late, but I have a good excuse. Last night on our way home from dance I encountered my first experience with a Michigan pot hole and it wasn’t a good one. As soon as we hit it I didn’t have a good feeling about it and then my low tire light went on and the air decreased immediately. We drove enough to get us into a parking lot and called AAA right after a good cry. Man the tears just didn’t stop. I cried because I was mad at myself (even though I know it wasn’t my fault), I felt awful for my girls, I simply wanted to be home, and most of all I HATED having to ruin Steve’s night. I hated that Steve had to come help us. I just can’t stand disrupting people’s lives, it truly hurts my heart. I am one of those people who would rather do it myself then ask for help and inconvenience someone. Anyway, while we were sitting in the car waiting for Daddy to come poor McKayla and McKenzie peed in their pants in their car seats (they have been doing pretty well with going on the potty), we were simply in the car too long. It was just not a good night. Oh and did you know most mini van’s (at least Town & Country’s) don’t come standard with a spare tire?! Really? Yes, we didn’t know that either. Now was do. So, we actually had to get it towed. I am car-less for hopefully not very long. What is with me and cars? I give up.thinking - flat tire
  2. After getting the girls to bed last night, cleaning, making lunches, etc. I saw this adorable note Sophia left (She always leaves me random notes and I love it.). Her quote is so true and so deep. Awe, I love my little girl.think - love is all you need sophia
  3. We have been having a lot of fun with our little elf, Sparkle Lila. The girls love her and I am finally not sleep deprived from babies that I can actually have a little fun with her nightly activities.think - elf have fun
  4. After this week, I need the weekend. I am not sure what happened or if it’s simply the fact that this is the first week back after such a nice break, but I am exhausted, worn down and just drained. Today, I am making more skinny pizza rolls for my girls and we are just going to have a fun Friday night and hopefully get my car back.
  5. My workouts have been amazing these days, I feel sore day in a day out and I LOVE it!!
  6. I can’t even begin to tell you what amazing neighbors we have. We are truly blessed. This morning my friend and neighbor took Isabella to school even though her daughter was staying home sick. The best feeling in the world is knowing that you have people around you who care. Love is all you need. Right?think - school isabella
