Happy Friday everyone. We have a busy weekend, we are going to Niagara Falls, NY for my cousins wedding. It should be a lot of fun and I am excited to see my family, but I am not looking forward to four hours in the car. :/

Today, I decided to do a full body workout and it ended up being way more difficult then I planned. This HIIT workout is serious business, but it’s a good hard hour. Enjoy!

Total Body Strength Workout

HIITilates: Scream and Shout – 10 minutes

Butt Workout 1: Tone up – 30 day butt lift – 10 minutes

Painfully Delicious: HIIT MAX #3 – 18 minutes  (I didn’t use a jump rope and I don’t have pull-up bars, so I did push-ups) (woodchop twists I used a weight held between two hands)

Pop Pilates: Upper Body Workout – 10 minutes

Twelve Minute Madness Workout – 12 minutes
