MIMM # 51 – Our 7th Anniversary

Today, is a very special day in our lives; Steve and I have been married for seven years. I can’t believe how fast it has gone by. Life has been quite the adventure and that’s an understatement. We have been through many ups and downs and everything in between, but no matter what I always know we are meant to be together. We are a team and make quite a good one; if I don’t say so myself. I can’t imagine my life without him. He is an amazing man and my girls are blessed to have him as a dad. I thank God every day for my sweet hubby. He always makes me feel loved and taken care of. I look forward to many more years together. Thank you for always being there. I love you!!

Since it is Monday it is time for Marvelous in My Monday. Thank you Katie for hosting.

Marvelous is…

Our wonderful gift from my parents, a new set of pans. You know you are getting old when pans are an exciting gift. The pans we received are ceramic. They are healthier then the traditional Teflon, I am so excited about cooking in these tomorrow. I will keep you updated on how well they work for us. Thank you Mom and Dad for such a wonderful and much needed gift.

Marvelous is…

tomorrow we have kindergarten orientation for Sophia. I am not sure if this is marvelous or not. I mean deep down I know this is a wonderful thing and I know she is so excited, but I am going to be one sad Mommy. Today on the way to preschool she asked me when she gets to go to her new school for kindergarten. I told her tomorrow we are going for orientation and she said no Mommy when do I actually go there? I explained how many months and she said she can’t wait. I am thrilled for her, but I also can’t believe how old she is already.

Marvelous is…

our wonderful family weekend. We enjoyed a much need weekend at home.

Marvelous is…

having a date night this weekend. I love having something to look forward to and I can’t wait for a night dedicated to just Steve and me. I love spending time with my hubby, but we are definitely lacking in the date department. We aren’t completely sure of the plans yet, but I will fill you in on the details. My parents have proposed an overnight; very tempting. I am not sure we can pass this up. I know I say this all the time, but they really are the best parents we could ever ask for; they would do anything for us. Even a night of little to no sleep.

Okay, that’s all for now. I am going to go and spend some time with my hubby. Talk to you all tomorrow. Have a wonderful night.
