Happy Monday everyone. We had a wonderful weekend. I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
I don’t have many pictures because we were quite busy. But I will tell you all about it.
Since it is Monday I am linking up with Katie for Marvelous in My Monday. This is one of my favorite link-ups I love looking back at all the marvelous happenings in my weekend.
Marvelous is our wonderful girls day on Saturday. Steve went to the Michigan football game, so the girls and I had a wonderful girls day. As Sophia puts it; it was a no boys allowed day. She loves our house of girls and so do I. I can’t imagine our family any other way.
Marvelous is loving your life; the good, the bad, and the ugly. Marvelous is choosing happiness and smiling through it all.
Just the day before Sophia told me that ever since the babies came home I don’t play with her enough. From the moment she told me that I made a vow that I would never let her feel like that again. It truly broke my heart. So, all day Saturday we played and played and played. We had the best day together. It also helped that McKenzie and Mckayla took wonderful naps. Saturday was actually the start of wonderful naps for our girls.
McKenzie has started to nap really well in her crib and Mckayla is continuing to nap well in the basinet. We have just transitioned McKenzie to her crib for naps and bedtime. I will fill you in more on how their sleep is going later this week.
Marvelous is finally perfecting my pumpkin protein pancakes.
I will post the recipe later today. They are truly marvelous. 🙂
Marvelous is my hubby making me a massage appointment for today; it was just what I needed. Ever since carrying the girls for 9 months and now taking care of them my back and body has really taken a toll. I seriously have the best husband ever. He is always surprising me.
