What I Ate Wednesday # 35

What I Ate Wednesday # 35

I can’t believe McKayla and McKenzie are already two weeks old. We are so blessed to have McKenzie home and are continuing to pray that McKayla comes home soon. We are hoping she will be home, by this weekend. The weather is supposed to be lovely and it would be wonderful to take all four of our girls on a family walk. I just can’t wait to spend time just the six of us.

Meal # 1 – 7:30

Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

WIAW - Protein Pancakes

Snack # 1 – 10:00

On my way out the door to go visit McKayla in the NICU, I grabbed a chocolate brownie Z-Bar. It was quick, I am always hurrying when leaving for the hospital. It always breaks my heart to leave my other three, but I look forward to seeing McKayla.

Meal # 2 – 12:30

I had a turkey and cheese wrap with a half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Snack # 2 – 3:00

WIAW 28 - fruit

Meal # 3 – 5:00

The other night one of my sweet neighbors made us an amazing lasagna. We enjoyed the leftovers tonight. It was delicious, so of course I had to ask for the recipe and she said the recipe is Pioneer Women Lasagna. I promise, it won’t disappoint.

Dessert – 7:30

Microwave Single Serve Chocolate Cake – I love ending my day with something sweet.
