Friday’s Workout | Bootcamp

Today’s workout was a class at the gym. it is a tough bootcamp style class that I try to take weekly. I haven’t been in two weeks, I can’t wait to get back to class. December Workout Challenge – 2012

Good morning everyone. I wanted to fill you in on a new adventure I am going to be embarking on in December. Courtney over at Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life set up a challenge with ChallengeLoop and I have decided to take part in it. Basically, the challenge is to do 2012 reps of pretty much any exercise move you choose. I have chosen to do push-ups, jumping jacks, and squats. So, each day on top of my regular exercise routine I am going to do 30 jumping jacks, 20 squats, and 20 push-ups, this will make monthly total 2170. My plan is...

Wednesday’s Workout – Bootcamp Style #2

Good morning everyone. I can’t believe it is Wednesday already, this week is flying by. First off I have to say I am quite sore form yesterdays yoga workout.
