What I Ate Wednesday #7 – Stuff Shells

What I ate Tuesday!

Congratulations Jenn on 100th day of WIAW!!

We had a busy day yesterday, so my day of food was pretty boring simple.

Breakfast – 7:30 am

Yogurt Waffle with a little butter and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Lunch – 12:00

I totally forgot to take a picture of my meal today. I had a small sweet potato (6-10 minutes in microwave, rotating halfway, 5-10 minutes in oven at 400 degrees) with a grilled cheese sandwich made with white cheddar cheese. I love this quick and easy meal. :)

Snack – 3:00 pm

Fruit Salad

Dinner – 6:00 pm

We had a salad

This is one of our favorite meals and it is so easy to make. Even my girls love it, they devour it every time I make it.

Pasta is always a win with my family too. Today I’m going to make them a homemade chicken lo mein recipe. Can’t wait to see the stuffed shells recipe. I might just have to try that out on them as well when I’m home from college!
