What I Ate Wednesday # 63

Good afternoon evening (I tried to get it out earlier, but I just couldn’t) everyone. Okay I am not sure what it is about Tuesdays, but for some reason I have a very difficult time getting a post out. One of these weeks I will get it together. But for now it is Wednesday which means it is time for another What I Ate Wednesday Tuesday. As always, thank your Jenn for hosting.


Breakfast 8:00

Yesterday morning was one of those crazy mornings. I woke up at 5:30am to do my plyometric workout, but for some reason the girls were not having it. I had to help all four girls during my 60 minute video. But, I got it done, it’s all part of being a mom. Right after my workout I grabbed a banana to hold me over until I could have breakfast with my girls. Once the girls got up we made Greek yogurt waffles, which were delicious and I was starving by the time I got to eat.

Snack 9:00

I have been cutting up fruit in bulk for all of us to enjoy throughout the week. So, I grabbed some strawberries and grapes.

Snack 10:00

After my big workout I was quite hungry and I knew I need some more protein so I had some scrambled egg whites with a slice of Ezekiel bread (first time trying it and I love it).

Lunch 12:00

Since I was making the girls peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I decided to have a peanut butter and jelly on a low carb flat bread. I also had some crackers with peanut butter.

Snack 3:00

I was starting to get hungry, but I didn’t want to grab something unhealthy so I  had some carrots, turkey, and hummus.

Dinner 6:00

I started my meal off with a salad. Then I used some of my crock pot chicken to make a quick dinner. I paired it with a box of Pasta Roni. I will be honest it was only okay, not as good as I had hoped. I won’t be making that again. Dinner time is pretty crazy around here so I didn’t get a picture of the finished product.

Dessert 7:30

Like always I ended my day with my single serve chocolate cake.
