What I Ate Wednesday #11 – Peanut Butter Protein Shake

What I Ate Wednesday #11 – Peanut Butter Protein Shake

By now you are realizing I like to eat the same thing for breakfast on most days. What can I say I like my routines? Keeps it easy in the kitchen, less thinking.

Mike Karpenko the creator of Tapout XT was on The Dr. Oz Show and he said one of the best things you can do to lose weight or keep a steady weight is eat the same thing for breakfast everyday. He said do this until you get bored then change it up to something else. Which to me this makes sense, I have always been a girl that truly believes figure out what works for you and stick to it. I am also a big believer that what works for one person may not work for another.

It was nice to hear there is some method to my madness.

Snack – 9:30

Fruit Salad

Lunch – 11:30

I love pizza, but most days I don’t want all the calories. This Naan Pizza is perfect when you want a pizza fix. It’s delicious, healthier and easy.

Snack – 2:30

Sophia has been asking to make chocolate chip cookies for days. So, yesterday I finally gave in and we made a fresh batch of Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are delicious and very easy to make.

I also had a Peanut Butter Protein Shake. Always trying to keep my protein up.

Dinner – 6:00

I forgot to take a picture. Steve had a lot of work to do, so he stayed late. The girls and I decided to have breakfast for dinner, our favorite.

I had an over easy egg, a couple pieces of center cut bacon, and a piece of toast. I forgot the picture.

I can’t believe I am finally saying this, but check back tomorrow. You are in for quite the surprise. Some of you might be guessing what the surprise is already, but I think I can top whatever you are thinking.

See you tomorrow!

    • It is so good and creamy. I have tried making protein shakes many different ways, but this is by far the best. 🙂

I guess I’ll have to come back and check in tomorrow 🙂

Those cookies looks seriously good. Actually thick unlike most homemade cookie recipes that just tend to spread out and burn!

    • Yes, you will have to come see me tomorrow. 🙂

Those cookies are seriously one of the best recipes I have ever made at home. If you try them, let me know what you think. 🙂

      Have a great day!
