Weekly Workouts # 7

Happy Friday everyone. We are so excited for the weekend over here. Our weekend is going to be filled with finding a Christmas tree, football watching, decorating, and lots of family time.

Today, I thought I would get back to sharing my weekly workouts with all of you. I’m not sure why, but somehow I got away from these post, I’m sorry.

I am still loving my Blogilates workouts along with at least one bodyrock HIIT routine each day. Trust me, HIIT workouts become addicting. Whenever I do these workouts or any workouts for that matter I add in a weight to give myself the extra challenge. For example, I will begin a squat routine holding two 10 pound weights, then I may drop down to 5 pounds and so forth, but I continue to push myself throughout each and every workout. Whenever I do chest pulses (these are in a lot of Cassey’s upper body workouts) I hold a 5 pound weight until I can’t possibly pulse it anymore, then I will start reducing the weight down to nothing sometimes.

Leg day may just be my favorite day, but I must say I love when my arms, chest, back, and abs are sore too. I just love feeling as though I really killed it.

Fun Fridays are the best.

I let these two loose in Target and they loved it; actually so did Mama (I love letting them explore the real world. I’m also a huge believer in teaching my girls how to act in public and the best way to do that is to let them explore.). My girls always impress me. I pride myself on teaching my girls right from wrong. Not once did McKayla or McKenzie try to run away. Awe, I love spending a couple of days a week with just my babies, but we sure did miss Sophia and Isabella.
