Good morning everyone. I can’t believe it is Wednesday already, this week is flying by.

First off I have to say I am quite sore form yesterdays yoga workout. My abs, back, triceps, legs; yes I feel it everywhere. But, I am still going to push it hard today; I had a week off, remember?

For some reason I woke up at 5:30 am this morning, don’t ask me why. But, that gave me plenty of time to get a tough full body workout in. I knew I had to do some strength training today, since I haven’t done any in awhile. I decided to do a variation of my first Bootcamp workout.

Here is another strength/cardio combo at home workout for you:

Bootcamp Style – Strength/Cardio Combo #2

One More Night Cardio Challenge – 4 minutes

Want You Back Arms Challenge – 4 minutes

Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge – 4 minutes

One More Night Cardio Challenge – 4 minutes

Victoria’s Secret Angel Arm Workout – 15 minutes (I used 10 lb and 5 lb weights)

Butt, Thighs Bex Life – 4 minutes (I added 10 lb weights)

Crazy HIIT Cardio Workout Bex Life – 8 minutes

Bex Life Butt, Glutes Workout – 6 minutes (I added 10 lb weights)

Sleek and Sexy Arms – 10 minutes (try to do the push-ups on your toes)

Sexy Booty Shape Up – 7 minutes

66 Minutes

Don’t forget to stretch it out when you are all done. I hope you liked this combo. It is another tough one, but you will feel great when it is all done.

    • I was doing pretty well with not getting spam, but all of a sudden I am starting to receive a ton. I am going to look into it this weekend and I will let you know what I come up with.
