Relaxing Friday and Thank you Cards

I can’t believe it is Friday already. We have been home bound this week. The girls are finally at the end of their cold, but I am still fighting something. This is the worst I have felt in a long time and let me tell you it is quite difficult getting my house back in order from the trip.

Today, the girls and I are going to write thank you cards to Santa, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. We really try to teach our girls that Christmas is about a lot more then just the presents. We want them to know it is about family and being thankful for all the wonderful people in our lives. So, I thought what a great way to end this holiday season then write to write thank you cards to those that gave us presents and mean so much to us.

Once the girls and I begin doing this project I will take some pictures are post them.

Have a wonderful Friday!

Do you have anything special you do to end your holiday?

To make beautiful thank you cards, I just mixed my paint colors and painted the letters on the stamp. It took me a few tries to get the groove of actually getting all the letters to read on the card. I pushed them all down then gradually lifted the left side, then the right side and then I went back and lifted from the middle down. (I hope that makes some sense!)
