Oh my goodness October has come and gone. Seriously?!? I can’t believe how quickly this year is coming to an end.
We had a wonderful, yet busy October, but man did it come and go quickly. I truly love this time of year. Yes, I still LOVE my summers, but this time of year is definitely at the top of my list too.
Experiencing holidays through my children eyes is the most wonderful thing in the world.
Our month began with our girls’ first ice cream truck experience and they loved it.
McKayla and McKenzie went on their first field trip. I still can’t believe they are old enough for field trips.
Seeing these two holding hands ALWAYS melts my heart. Their connection still amazes me each and everyday.
Of course picking pumpkins was their favorite part of the day!! Seeing their smiles is all this Mama needs to be happy. My girls happiness fills my heart with joy.
Sophia and Isabella cheered at their first high school football game. It was the perfect evening. The weather couldn’t have been better, our team won, and our girls loved every minute of it. Both of them can’t wait to do it again next year. And of course we were all their to cheer them on.
We spent a day watching our Sophia and Isabella at their school’s fun run. We never miss anything. Sisters are forever…
We can’t forget about our Mimi. October is her month. We celebrated her birthday in the middle of the month. Where do I even begin. Our Mimi is the most amazing person in the world. She would do anything for her family and shows us day in and day out what how to love each other. I truly aspire to be just like her. Mimi has a heart of gold. We are blessed to have her in our lives. We love you Mimi!!
Sophia had her first gymnastics fun meet and she was AMAZING!! I can’t believe how much she has grown in this sport throughout the years. I am one proud Mama. When she wants something she works hard day in and day out. Sophia is one determined little girl.
Our month also consisted of lunch with Mimi and Gigi and a spa day with Mama.
The Friday before Halloween we spent our evening with Mimi and Papa. Time with them is always the best.
If you haven’t eaten at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt you are missing out. It is not only fun for everyone, the yogurt is delicious. Find one near you and put it on your must visit list ASAP!!
October was quite a busy month and I haven’t even touched upon Halloween. Oh my!! This post could go on and on, but I will continue with Halloween fun later this week.
