Good morning everyone. We are finally all better in our house. I guess I can’t say all better we are still fighting the sniffles. But, besides runny noses we are better.
So, I have a workout for you this morning. It is a tough one, but I really liked it.
Fat Burn Cardio Warmup – 5 minutes
HIITilates: Beautiful Burn – 10 minutes
HIITilates New Year Slimdown – 15 minutes
Bikini Blaster 1! HIIT It Hard- 10 minutes
Bikini Kickoff Workout POP HIIT and Sculpt – 15 minutes
Pop Pilates: Stretching – 10 minutes
It’s a tough one, but it goes by so fast and before you know it your workout is complete for the day.
