Friday’s Workout | Bootcamp

Today’s workout was a class at the gym. it is a tough bootcamp style class that I try to take weekly. I haven’t been in two weeks, I can’t wait to get back to class. If you are at home and want to do an intense strength/cardio workout click here. Enjoy!
