Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes

1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix (18.75 oz)
1 cup puree pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup water
Put all the ingredients together into a bowl and stir until well combined. Put batter into muffin tins (mini or regular).
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Be very careful not to over back, they can get dry very easily. I usually check them after 15 minutes. Remember there are no eggs in this recipe so it is ok if they are a little underdone.
Let cool completely before frosting.
(Frosting adds an additional 50 calories for regular cupcakes and 25 for mini)
