Easy Cool Whip Frosting

1 cup milk (I use 1% milk)
1 dry pudding mix (my favorites are vanilla or cheesecake, but you can use any flavor)
1 container cool whip (thawed)
Combine milk and pudding mix until pudding like consistency. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate until thick enough to frost. I only frost the cupcakes, we are going to eat at that moment because the frosting has to be refrigerated.
When I do frost the cupcakes I put a little frosting in a ziplock back and snip the corner with a scissors and squeeze onto cupcakes.
