Hello everyone. Since, we are coming to the end of another year I thought we would look about on some of my most popular posts from 2014.
My number one most viewed post this year was 13 months post twins. This was not an easy post to write. I was very worried about putting myself out there. I was nervous about all the criticism I would get from various people. Then I decided to forget about everyone else. I worked hard and I wanted to show everyone what is possible if you put your mind to it. I wanted to show everyone that you can have the body or life that you want.
The next one is not just one post it is several. All of you love reading about my twin pregnancy week by week. Those pages are read a lot!! I love reading them too. It brings back such wonderful memories; at the time some memories were not so wonderful, but oh so scary. I love reading about what was happening each week throughout my pregnancy with my girls. I also cannot believe how bug my belly got, I really didn’t feel that big. AHHH!!
As most of you know I was not able to workout much during my twin pregnancy, but at the beginning I could still do some Pilates and light workouts. However, even though I couldn’t do the workouts I made a few video play lists of terrific FREE prenatal workouts for you. Remember always check with your doctor. 🙂
Seeing the good in every moment. This is one of my favorites. I love when I am able to truly let it go and share my deepest feelings with all of you.
